Are there hotkeys to use instead of using the mouse?
When transferring calls, can we still use extensions or do we need to use the full phone numbers?
Is it possible to see Student ID numbers if they are able to enter their ID before the call begins?
Are we able to choose what number to call out from? Such as our personal extension or the ICD Line?
Is there a go live date for this or is it already available to play around with and try out?
How do we get ICD phone calls AND personal extension calls? Do we need 2 windows open? or can we use one window for both?
@Mike - That can be done from Jabber - any call from Finesse would use ICD line - but from Jabber you can set the extension to use
So for those that are using the CIsco IP Communicator they are all being moved to Jabber?
