Ive been doing it for 5 years... Faculty must want to support students of color, then we can ask for more support together, dont you think?

Also, this does not address those of us who suffered racism and discrimination at the hands of other faculty members. I have had my share of racism and discrimination over the years at the hands of faculty, including some who are trying to exploit the statement that we, women of color, wrote.
