New Language: One member may be an Associate Professor who is not undergoing performance review, and the remaining members must be Professors. Programs within departments may vote to elect a separate, program-specific evaluation committee when multiple programs or degrees exists within a single department. Associate Professors must recuse themselves from cases involving promotion to Professor (see CBA Article 15.43).
