But if you reference student comments in your FAR for excluded course SOTES, I believe you will need to include SOTES in your FAR so evaluators can refer back to -- I do not think you can include parts of SOTE like the student comments only

What is important for faculty to show is improvement in SOTEs and responsiveness of faculty to students' comments -

I believe class visitation is still in pace.

Syllabi; online course visitations; RPT narrative; participation in teaching and learning PD; frankly, so many more ways to evaluate faculty (AND less problematic)

CBA requires that all SOTEs be conducted so we are simply complying with that.

Wouldn't some faculty excluding them may indicate (correctly or incorrectly) that those who exclude didn't have favorable SOTEs?

SOTEs were administered for all courses.

Given the time it takes to develop and change policies, I think it would be good for the committee to start now. I also have some suggestions as it relates to WSCUC that I can take directly to the committee.
